Summary from Book: Athena always knew she was a little different. She has never quite fit in at Triton Junior High, but who would’ve guessed that Athena is actually a goddess? And not just any goddess—she is Principal Zeus’s daughter, to be exact.
when she’s summoned to Mount Olympus Academy, Athena is excited for this new adventure. But in some ways, school on Mount Olympus is not that different from down on Earth! With the help of some new friends-Artemis, Persephone, and Aphrodite-can Athena find a way to shine?
Note: This review is done from memory. I originally read this awhile ago.
Page Pig Thoughts: We enjoyed this one and found that it stayed true to the novel version. Once the format with the pink thought bubbles was identified (not hard if you read the novel), the format works well and the story flows. I wasn’t sure how I felt about how some of the characters were drawn, but that would be the case for any novel that goes to a more picture based format.
